Job Title: Data Analyst (Python)

Location: The City of London

Miller Maxwell is seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with a strong background in Python and Pandas to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months to a year of hands-on experience working in a commercial environment, demonstrating proficiency in Python programming, particularly within the Pandas library.

Data Analyst Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong Python skills to analyze and manipulate data efficiently using Pandas within a commercial setting.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of vectorization techniques within Pandas for optimal data processing.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets.
• Apply expertise in data visualization using Pandas and NumPy, translating complex data into clear and actionable visual representations.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define data requirements for analysis.

Data Analyst Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to a year of experience working with Python and Pandas in a commercial environment.
• Proficiency in data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis using Pandas.
• Strong understanding of vectorization within Pandas for efficient data processing.
• Experience with NumPy and data visualization tools for effective data representation.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science) is preferred.
